All information on this website, including prices, are subject to change. All prices shown are correct at the time of publication and VAT is included at the current UK rate of 17.5%. All information from UK 3rd parties is correct at the time of publishing onto the website; the owners of Divine Pool are not in any way liable for inaccuracies displayed on the website. Descriptions of pool tables are supplied from the manufacturer. If that pool table description contains a slight inaccuracy, Divine Pool is not liable. Equally we will attempt to qualify and minimise any possible discrepancies whereever possible.

Payment must be made with the order and orders will only be accepted on receipt of cleared funds unless a credit facility has been put in place. Divine Pool have the right to refuse an order. Divine Pool will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods however caused.

The entire liability of Divine Pool under the UK contract to which the order relates is limited to the value of the order and Divine Pool will have no liability for consequential loss, except where losses are within the contemplation of both parties.

Replacements and Refunds

If an item from Divine Pool is found to be damaged or faulty on receipt, you must contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. For example if your pool table has a scratch then contact us immediately. You can then arrange to receive a replacement pool table or a full refund.

In this scenario we would then send you a replacement pool table and arrange the return of the faulty pool table. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received by the buyer.

To cancel your order prior to receipt of goods, you must notify us by email. Cancellations will be entitled to a full refund.
